As we continue to follow the latest developments on the global fight to slow the spread of COVID-19, we are re-evaluating the way we operate in order to ensure the health and safety of our community on a daily basis.
With that, we have made the decision to close all of our US store locations effective Thursday, March 19th. Our current plan is to reopen Monday, March 30th, but we will keep you updated based on the latest recommendations from the CDC and local governments. Forever21.com, as well as the Forever 21 App, will remain in operation for you to shop from the comfort of your home. All orders are packed and shipped under the safest conditions possible.
Here at the home office, we are making efforts to offer flexible working arrangements including adjusted work schedules and working remotely. We also continue to maintain a safe workspace and are providing materials and information to help our teams stay healthy.
My thoughts are still with all who are adversely impacted by this global pandemic. I hope we can continue to show each other love and kindness in these difficult times, and that you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
